How to properly pass polypropylene through glass?

How do you properly connect polypropylene to a drain glass in a sump? I've been struggling to find clamp fittings, or is it done differently?

It depends on the thickness of the glass. With 5 mm, it passed through with two couplings, one with external and one with internal threads. If it's thicker, you can use two with internal threads and order a plastic coupling thread from a lathe operator.
