Hello!
I tried breeding the peacock blenny (Salaria pavo) a long time ago (about 30 years ago). The male cares for the egg clutch for about a week (I don't remember exactly), then the larvae hatch and rise to the surface; the larvae are pelagic, like clownfish, and feed on plankton. I tried feeding them with rotifers (Brachionus plicatilis). Here is my old note about the peacock blenny.
I will also add a link; Oleg Shubravyy described the breeding technology here:

Can you provide more details on how to grow water fleas? And how to feed the fry with them? Thank you very much, you helped to some extent, but I still have questions. I read this link that you sent me on another forum.

I raised water fleas on baker's yeast, but it was so long ago that I barely remember the details. Look it up online, here are a couple of links:
But in my opinion, it's better to look for descriptions of breeding clownfish; their larvae are very similar in development, and the breeding technology for clownfish should work perfectly for breeding dogfish. However, I don't see much point in breeding dogfish unless it's considered as training for breeding other fish fry with similar growing conditions. In any case, good luck to you!
