I am a beginner in the sea, but for me, the start is in the water (in setting up reverse osmosis), then determine the volume of the aquarium (the bigger, the better; it's not worth dealing with less than 50 liters). I own a RESAN DMS500, which is definitely a bit small, but the main thing is to start. Buying an aquarium, contents (animals, corals, etc.), tests, refractometer.

I wonder what volume it is? And does it come with the pump?

You first need to decide on the size of the aquarium; the equipment is selected based on the aquarium. The same goes for water. For smaller volumes, you can buy it, but for larger aquariums, it's cheaper to install reverse osmosis. It will be very helpful if you visit those who keep marine aquariums in your city - they can offer advice, provide water for starting up, and much more. Forum telegraph.

Where do such data about coal come from? If it's distillate, then only pharmaceutical, not industrial. And read the topics here, many questions will be resolved.

Judging by your questions, you don't have a clear understanding of what a marine aquarium is in general. The book by A. Savchuk S. "Reef Aquarium" contains answers to many of your questions.

1. You need to decide on the volume of the aquarium, approximately in liters.
2. The budget for expenses; maybe you have a lot of money and don't need to worry about questions, just pay and professionals will do everything for you.
3. Design your reef system; this includes equipment, the amount of sand, and rocks.
4. Should you buy all the equipment at once or gradually?

1 will be 110 liters, and there won't be many fish, just 4 pieces, or maybe a couple.
2 most likely we will do it ourselves.
3 I will buy.
Resun HWM-2000 - marine pump. (although I'm not sure about this pump, it doesn't specify for what volume it is suitable)
hydrometer
Foam separator (although it's unclear what it's needed for)
Coral sand, or some other substrate-sand is also being considered...
there will be rocks, but arranged so that the fish have space.
SunSun aquarium filter of the waterfall type (this one I already have).
- I want to buy this later, although I'm not sure it will fit my pump, just a question.
4 gradually.

I have a sheet with a project for a larger aquarium than the one I currently have. There is no possibility to bring it to life. I will bring it and take a photo for reference, just need to remember. It seems that you only decided to create a reef yesterday, with no understanding of this topic. Read the theoretical part; it's necessary to ask the right questions. Experienced marine aquarium enthusiasts are already tired of answering in such topics, especially if the person doesn't understand. I read forums and gathered equipment for a year before launching a 240L display aquarium system with a total volume of 300L.

Here is a decent article.

Why do you need to initially pour in 20 or 30 liters and then top it up? Should you top it up with salt or just plain water, and do you need to add salt every time you do a water change or not?
Amy
It's unclear what and where to pour and then top up. Water changes are done with saltwater; the purpose of the water change is to replenish trace elements and other beneficial substances. Freshwater is added to replace what has evaporated, as salt does not evaporate. The salinity level in the aquarium should remain constant.

You can see for yourself that no one wants to answer your silly questions. If there is an account on RuTracker, here are the books that will explain everything on a molecular level. Read them, and your questions will become more appropriate; if you want everything to be chewed up and spoon-fed to you, then I'm sorry.
The books are called Stepanov "Marine Aquarium at Home" and Savchuk "Reef Aquarium." They are old, but they provide a way to understand this hobby.
