There is most likely an approach from the back side! Very convenient!

The approach is clear, but what about ahead? Clean the glass, etc. Move the sofa? Remove the carpet? Set up the ladder...? Splashes, salt, etc....

And this, as they say, "The chief's problems are not ... " the owner of the couch won't be crawling around there! (One can consider the object from a design perspective, or from a practical one! Often these concepts do not align on all points...)

There is no access from the back side, there is a wall (I'll take a photo to show). Moving the sofa once a week is not a problem, you can clean the windows with a magnet without moving it. The main maintenance is in the basement, and the conditions there are paradise-like.
