What kind of anemone is this?
Emily
Where did you get it?
Javier
I haven't taken it yet - I'm thinking about whether I should.
Diana
Send me a message about where, how much, and if there is any left.
David
Anemones are mysterious animals, described as very complex in care, but in my mini-nemo, they live without problems, and vice versa. I have one carpet anemone and another green Heteractis. They love light; my aquarium is small and located by the window, so there is enough light during the day. They feel better near the window than just under lamp lighting. Your anemone looks like some kind of Heteractis, but it's hard to see.
Jason
Judging by the thickening on the tentacles, it could be ENTACMAE QUADRICOLOR.
Alec
This is Heteractis magnifica, and it is unlikely to be suitable in size for a mini.
Mark
This is Heteractis.
Christopher
Guys, thank you all for your responses!
Emma
Heteractis is a strange creature, it adapts poorly. It takes a long time to find its "place in the sun," but if it does, it can live for several years. It is definitely not suitable for a mini tank. It's better to take ENTACMAE QUADRICOLOR. (All of the above is based on personal experience.)
