Asia is a land of wonders. As for work, why shouldn't he work? If the water is dirty enough, it will work decently, it will remove some organic matter, but if you put a normal skimmer there, it's unlikely that it will remove much.
The skimmer is an analogue of Deltec, but the pump is installed upside down.
