I haven't heard anything about the Purolite C-10. Usually, for post-treatment, they recommend the ion exchange resin DOWEX MB-50. Yesterday, I ordered enough for 3 cartridge refills, plus the components for connection. I'm curious how many liters one cartridge with DOWEX MB-50 resin will last. Maybe I overdid it by getting that much resin. P.S.: Yesterday, out of curiosity, I measured the TDS of the water before and after osmosis; it was 855 ppm before and 54 ppm after. Let's see what the result will be after one cartridge with DOWEX MB-50 resin.

I measured on the newly installed osmosis system. The membrane and cartridges might still be poorly rinsed. I measured after the post-filter. I will need to measure after the membrane.

Duvex-muvex is not the best option for resin - Duvex has a low exchange capacity. However, domestic resins are better in properties than the enemy's))) but there are no ready-made domestic mixtures(( but that's not important.

Just don't forget to rinse the measuring container with osmolyte before taking measurements (instead of just pouring it in and sticking the TDS meter in). A "dirty" glass can add a couple of dozen ppm.

Why measure after the "post-filter"? It won't tell you anything about the membrane's performance! And what is a post-filter - is it carbon or a mineralizer? With such a ppm, your resin definitely won't last long. After my Filmtec 100 membrane, I get 004 ppm. It comes in under 300. If you need anything, feel free to reach out.

MB-50 at Davex means that 50% anionic and 50% cationic are mixed together. THAT'S IT. That's the whole super resin. In my city, the water situation is really bad. I've already prepared a mixture with a predominance of anionics. There are way too many silicates at the input (no idea where they come from). Post-filter after osmosis for aquariums?????? o_O ???
