Now, if you manage to buy something, it’s only in quantities of 5 kg or more. But why would I need, say, 5 kg of potassium iodide, or 5 kg of magnesium sulfate? To turn my place into a branch of their warehouse? And it's not cheap either. You can get what you need at the pharmacy, but they don’t have everything that is necessary.

The simplest way is to use high-quality sea salt, plus KR, you won't go wrong. However, I had issues with magnesium a couple of times, but I can't blame the purity of the reagents, as there are many other accompanying factors that affect the animals. Moreover, we mainly have hexahydrate calcium, or even more (very hygroscopic). So, it's like paying for water)) Dihydrate is significantly more expensive and harder to store.
