• I am planning a new aquarium

Good evening, dear marine aquarium enthusiasts. I'm slowly starting to plan a move to a new, beautiful tank. Of course, it won't be right now; I'll be buying everything gradually—the aquarium first, then the PVC and sump, then the cabinet, and so on. But the question of the display's size has already come up. Initially, I wanted the same volume as now, just a nice-looking aquarium with a bottom sump, because a side sump looks, to put it mildly, not very aesthetic (a bunch of protruding wires, outlets, a skimmer, salt on the walls)—horrible. But now I realize that a 120-liter display is actually a bit too small, and I want something a little bigger, but so that the skimmer and light can remain the original ones, at most adding some LEDs to the light fixture. I've been racking my brain for the second day now about what size to make the display. Like now, the aquarium will be viewable from three sides, meaning the side panel will be against the wall. My current aquarium is 75 cm in length, and the light fixture's profile is the same accordingly. I'm thinking of making the new aquarium 80x80x40 cm in height and just adding another LED bar, which would result in 256 liters, even more than I need)))) But one question is bothering me: how good or bad would a "cube" of that size look? I'm not a particular fan of cubes, so I'm doubtful. What does everyone think about this? Is it worth building an aquarium of that size, or is it better to make a conventional rectangle? Perhaps you've seen cubes of a similar size in person and how they look in a small space? I would be very grateful for your advice and opinions.
