No problem
Frank7213
Finally decided to launch my 50 liters. Fedor just threw in some grass.
Monica
Classss ... 5 points...
And why such a thick layer of coral sand... I removed it: there will be more volume and it will get silted less...
I have modified the light in my 10-liter mini sea: 3 fluorescent lamps of 8 watts, and 4 LED lights (two white and two blue) photos a bit later...
Vanessa6144
There was nowhere to put it. Collected all the crumbs from the irrigated biofilter at the lobster farm/nitrate factory/. Light 3 at 18 watts. Osram Cool White 640.
Melinda
The berry caulerpa has developed light green "leaves."
Jessica8898
Is this your LCD?
Jasmine
Yes, J.K. (living stones), but tormented by darkness.
Joseph6461
How much did the light cost, if it's not a secret?
Omar3497
Three lamps at 12 and llamas at 3.60.
Darlene4238
Tomorrow I expect a political one.
Daniel9952
Is there any point in adding a totem to the aquarium for caulerpa? And in what quantity?
Joseph6461
Better than vodka
Heather
There is no iron in vodka!
Holly
Good afternoon, how is your aquarium doing? I have a question: did you place the skimmer in the right corner, or am I mistaken? How often do you do water changes, and what volume do you usually change for such a size? I would be very grateful. I'm starting my own aquarium of the same size and want to keep an anemone and clownfish, but I'm currently considering whether to install a skimmer or a column. What do you think based on your own experience?
Jennifer5784
I think a flotor is better for such a volume. Or it can be done without it at all - just with substitutions. In Arovana, there are small flotors - the price is 40, they work well.
Brian7092
well, not quite good... an upgrade is needed..
BUT! at least there is someone to do the upgrade :-)
Christopher1774
It's doing okay. Not much to say about it. It's overgrown with various algae, and there are glass anemones as well. There's no skimmer, just one pump.
Kristen2246
Well, if it's alive, then it's good; the main thing is that not everything has died. Soon I'll finish all the devices, the light, and the launch. Recently, I was in Prague at a marine store looking at Perkula 90, a ready-made solution. In my opinion, half of the set needs to be changed. Although everyone says that starting with a small volume is more difficult, I will still give it a try.
Cynthia6578
They also say that the sea is unstable! I turned mine off in April / went to live at the dacha / and turned it back on a week ago. It's certainly a mockery, but I can't keep transporting it back and forth! The glass was rinsed, siphoned, and the caulerpa started to come back to life, the glassy ones also remained a bit. Again, I added a little bit of water. An example of a natural disaster like Tunguska...
Frederick
I envy the "amateurs" who, from April to November, plunge their aquariums into a state of "self-sufficiency," and then, with a sadistic grin, watch the urinary collapse. It's both a saving of resources and a deep satisfaction.
Susan
Wow, Pavlik deleted everything! What did I miss, and there won't be any photos or continuation?
Sheila1322
Then the rude 21 post needs to be deleted as well...
Daniel9952
You need to be treated with urine therapy, doer.
Bonnie
Pavlik, then post number 20 needs to be deleted - this is the reason for all subsequent posts. And I will repeat, this is the most absurd post in the entire history of the forum. And the reaction from all forum participants to it will be unequivocal.
Jeffrey496
If you are also sighted, let me point out that I opened this topic and am free to write anything that relates to THIS topic!
Darlene4238
To create such a sea and maintain it as it was created, you don't need many twists; one is enough, as everything is easy and simple. Stas is right, there hasn't been a crazy topic on the forum.
Sharon
Free...
And I am free to write what I think about your posts. Or do you want to talk to yourself?
Nothing can be done... Criticism... Whether three posts or not three...
Joe
In short, everything is clear! The aquarium won't be seen! It will only be blah-blah-blah! I think the topic can be closed.
Erin2730
This whole topic is an insult to sailors; it is a disgrace, mockery, and derision of marine aquaristics.
Nicole7122
People, why are you all in a tizzy...) I created this topic for a completely different reason; it's about stability and self-regulation even in such a small aquarium. But you can't see beyond half a meter in front of you. I have some knowledge about the sea; I once created a system of 7000 liters from two tanks without spending a lot of money...
Andrea9320
Oh, Palych! You first poked people with all sorts of nonsense, and now, what are you panicking about? Let's see the photos of stability and self-regulation, and please don't forget to describe them.
Frederick
Thank God, Palych posted a photo, maybe the excitement will calm down a bit. I would like to see closer fragments of the aquarium, what kind of corals, fish, and their external condition, and it would also be good to know what kind of equipment, lighting, skimmer, etc. What are the parameters?
Jill1815
Interesting topic, did I miss something?
Christopher3770
And for the particularly perceptive, I would like to clarify that my nickname does not mean "fish assistant," but rather assistance to people... in the construction of such industrial complexes...
Caroline1599
And people like celibates...
Caleb6320
Yes, sturgeon from pools is currently in fashion. An aquarium is a slightly different system, especially a marine one.
Heather
Sturgeon may be for now, but caviar is always... And marine industrial systems are also real...
Rick
The translation is literal, and there’s no need to guess the meaning of the topic. At first glance, if this is your photo, it seems like the guy is not a fool, but you "screwed up," and that’s why people got agitated. You should have kept this nonsense to yourself and not stirred up the forum.
Anthony
Where is the photo, in which post?
David4089
post 31,
Rachel
Oh! Now I see. For some reason, it didn't load last time.
Heather9815
I understand that plastic corals, Plasticus ofigennocveticus var chinensis, are particularly stable, right? And probably also Skeletora otbelyda? Did you get the foxes in the size of 2-3 cm? Since the aquarium was created IN ITS TIME, and foxes do grow quickly?
Joseph8592
A cartoon was needed, and then there was zero funding... The foxes were bigger.
Jose
I feel sorry for you, poor thing, how much you drain to help the fish. I'm even afraid to stutter about what happens to help people.
Heather6148
I think everyone has drawn their conclusions. The topic needs to be closed or deleted altogether, as it brings no value.
Andrew9581
Well, yes, it's easier and more popular to delete my posts than those of some holy fools with a difficult childhood...
Amber
Yes, Palych, how you love and value yourself, it's a pity that no one understands or appreciates this. Pavlik, delete everyone, but leave one with an unpretentious and carefree childhood, like a luminary of Ukrainian marine aquaristics. Let him talk to himself.
Michael5242
In the evening, the topic will be deleted... if there are no objections...
Caroline1599
Lord, finally!
Cassandra7840
You are wrong. It's truly an alternative environment. And the person was unfairly offended just for adding urine to the aquarium; otherwise, he was only defending his honor and dignity. To his credit, I will add that urine is a real source of ammonia; you can check it yourself with tests. Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate are part of the nitrogen cycle. Without animals in his aquarium, there was no source of ammonia, which, accordingly, excludes plant growth.
Denise
Not a fact! In urine, besides ammonia, there are many harmful components. To restart, it was enough to add laboratory ammonium chloride or ammonium sulfate, or not to add anything at all, but to raise the temperature in the aquarium to 32 degrees, then gradually lower it. If the need for aquarium initiation is not related to the speed of the processes occurring, a piece of fish or squid can be added.
Lisa
We probably say the same thing but in different languages. Marine doesn't necessarily mean reef; it can also be fishy, jellyfish-related, mangrove, or in this case, caulerpa-related. Ammonia or nitrite can be introduced in various ways: with rotting shrimp, ammonia, garden fertilizer, or in this case, urine. But that's not a reason to insult someone. The photos in the deleted posts indicate the success of the event, despite the criticism.
Mark
First, they pounded a piece of marble with Black Sea water and guppies, now this theme is not acceptable. It seems that if the costs are less than 20 bucks per liter, then it shouldn't even be shown.
Hunter1471
No, the reason is not that. It's just that Palych doesn't know how to present the topic nicely.
Nicole2404
This is called shifting blame from the sick head to the healthy one. No matter how you present it, they still won't understand. It's the inertia of thinking...
Phillip9722
One could have acted more cleverly: first, take beautiful photos, create some design, have a glowing desktop aquarium next to the monitor, macro shots of various bugs/worms, but not comment on anything. And after receiving a bunch of thank-yous and positive reactions, start talking about all sorts of horrors. At that point, the inertia of thought would work in your favor.
Javier5186
I'm shocked! Out of the last 13 posts, only one photo reminded me of the topic! And even that was approximate!
Curtis9143
You will remember how Pavlik started and one of those who said that the sea is accessible.
Laurie3842
I wonder if this "marine" aquarium is alive and what is in it from the sea, as I only see stones and pieces of algae.
Aaron
Is it true that you can pee in the sea? Then the question is how much...
Kenneth7210
Off-topic You can even poop...
Jessica5016
I'll try in the evening... I'll post a video report based on the results.
Tonya
The sea will endure everything. Just look at the Gulf of Mexico, where due to the deliberations of American oil producers, millions of tons of oil have spilled onto coral reefs, and nothing happened; ecology over hundreds of square kilometers has been ruined—it will recover... in about 200 years. So you can go ahead and do it boldly... the more, the better... but seriously, why do you need such a so-called "technology," when there are no other options?
Tasha
You know, I always wanted to ask why people pour vodka into aquariums... there's this situation... look, Sanya ruined his aquarium, I didn't want to ask about it there, maybe you can answer here?
Daniel4967
Sanyok ruined himself not with vodka, but with a device. These are different things...
April3499
Sanyok didn't ruin the aquarium with vodka, but with a clumsy piece of metal proudly called an aquacontroller.
Charles894
I will answer for Anatoly. There is a technology in marine content where colonies of anaerobic bacteria are fed with carbon-containing substances. They use alcohol (vodka), vinegar, sugar, and glucose. These are strictly dosed according to the volume of water and parameters are monitored, particularly nitrates and phosphates.
Catherine6534
I have never poured vodka and I will not do it; my marine aquariums do not need it, and there should be no dependencies on anything. Off-topic (we prefer cognac. Just kidding)
Kenneth7210
Do not shake more than 3 times, because that is already "fooling around."
