This is something from the six-rayed... I thought it was something related to Boloceroides mcmurrichii, but they often swim. Yours, for sure, is sedentary. A very similar one lives, eats with appetite (also not averse to munching on stomatella and gammarus), a non-photosynthetic. Despite abundant feeding, it grows extremely slowly and fully opens at dusk.
There is a possibility that this is something related to Bartholomea annulata, Actinodentron arboreum (it is variable, can be non-fuzzy, colors vary).

I found a similar specimen on Reflex. The description and photo are very similar to my specimen. So I think I have identified mine as Phymanthus sp. 02. Photo from Reflex.
