The question is about nothing, and no one will give you a correct answer until you answer these questions in detail.
1. What is the volume of the aquarium, its age, what parameters does it have, what salt do you use, what fish live nearby?
2. Next, what is its size and how long have you had it, has it been sick or not?
3. What did you feed it and what do you feed it now?

1. 100+60 liters. The aquarium is about a year old. Recently, I did a water change with Tetra salt. The parameters are normal. There are no fish except for her. I cleared space for her.
2. The size is about 10 cm. I've had her for three days (everything was fine before).

The fish arrived in such a condition, it might be sick, it could have suffocated during transport, or on the contrary, it might have been overoxygenated and could have burned itself with oxygen. If the fish was taken directly from the wheels before shipping, there could be many reasons. These symptoms are signs of poisoning; the fish exhibit difficulty breathing, spend a lot of time at the surface and in the corner of the aquarium, and try to jump out of it. Unfortunately, the saddest outcome is usually their death in most cases.
