How long has she been with you and why is she just lying on the sand, why hasn't her leg been put into some crevice in the rocks?
Alicia5489
Since February of this year. It has split twice, one baby is still okay (for now), but the other has already gone to Neptune. This is the largest one from the womb!

I read somewhere that if an anemone doesn't like something, it starts to divide. The question is, what?

It's interesting to me what she didn't like. The parameters were always normal.

Actinium has high regenerative abilities - it has even recovered after being caught in a pump... The question is, what caused it to be in such a state? Did you find it in that condition in the morning? Was there no sudden cloudiness in the water? (This strongly resembles mechanical damage - it could have been sucked into the pump and spat out, for example) Then it makes sense where this comes from:

100% this is not a pump. When it split, it crawled into a crevice in the rock and settled there for a long time, not traveling anywhere. The clownfish often sucked on it, nibbled it, I don't know how to explain it (in general, it would take it in its mouth and lie down, stayed like that for about 20 seconds, spat it out, and then swam around the aquarium with its mouth open. When it calmed down, it would go back to it, and this went on all day). Then the anemone deflated and didn't inflate for about two weeks, but yesterday I noticed that it was coming off the rock, so I helped it by gently brushing it twice with a little brush, and it came off. I moved it to the sand and took a photo. The water was cloudy for a couple of days before the water change.

No, that's not the case. You either feed her too little or there's not enough food for her to share. But if you feed her more often, she will share, and I think it's not because of a bad life.

She was not offended by the feed, but after she separated, she refused to take it.

I didn't have quadrics, only Black Sea ones, but judging by the appearance, it started to split through the mouth. When it sits on a stone, the two parts spread apart until they separate, but yours is already on the sand, and I think it needs help and should be cut with a sterile tool. My rodactis also splits this way; it's a terrible sight, all tattered with a hole in the middle. Maybe someone who has dealt with quadricolor can provide more details.

Thank you! But it fell apart in the quarantine tank and went down the toilet.

It's understandable to be sick for a week.
Don't worry, everything is fine with me too; no one has died yet. I have two types of Quadricolor, and they each split five times, but I haven't seen the mystery of when and how it happens. Today there is one, and the next day by lunchtime, you might see two already.
