It can be left untreated. It should pass on its own. In my opinion.

In a well-equipped reef - yes, but the reef is far away...

I treated the pargward from the schema exactly the same way, it didn't go away for 1.5 weeks until I treated it, I treated it right in the reef, everyone is alive and healthy, the corals are a bit stressed, but there were no losses.

In total, what we have: The situation in life turned out to be such that I had no time for the sea and amphiprions... I left the aquarium to my brother (I had to leave urgently). In general, no one treated them. Upon my return, I was surprised to find that everything was EXCELLENT and the clownfish somehow RECOVERED on their own!!!

So it's not quite far.

If it's crypto, then personally I wouldn't do anything - the baths can put the fish under even more stress.
P.S. Crypto is not as scary as it's made out to be!

My clownfish had white spots several times, and it all went away. As I understand, they are quite resistant to ich, but transferring the fish to another aquarium and using baths can really weaken its immune system, as it will be a significant stress for it.

In the evening, I noticed that the bump started to develop a white coating, and I made the difficult decision to separate it. The medication is the same as mentioned above, but I also added half a dose of malachite green. In the morning, the bump completely disappeared without a trace, and the old two-week one, from which everything started, noticeably shrank but is still visible. I suspect that these are some secondarily infected wounds after infusorians or flukes...?? Today, I will change some water and add half a dose of furazolidone, and I will hope for the best. Thank you to everyone who responded.
