I would say that this is not a crispa, but a magnifica. The creature is capricious - it loves VERY stable and old systems. The fact that it didn't attach initially is a bad sign. To understand if it's the end or not is simple - take it out and smell it. If it's the end, you'll know right away; that smell is unmistakable. If not, try to somehow get it flowing, even in a net against the wall of the aquarium.

There is no unpleasant smell. Everything that was sticking out of the mouth has disappeared inside. But the mouth is wide open. The leg has slightly elongated. I did everything as you wrote. I will wait for the results. The lack of lighting could have affected her like this. She spent 4 days at the bottom of the aquarium among the rocks, where there was no light.

Julia

It could... But not to the extent that it would die. If that happens, it means the reason is the quality of the water.

Brian

They could have injured the leg while removing it from the substrate.

What is the temperature in the aquarium? It might have just overheated.

Maybe, unfortunately, it's already a disaster for her. I'm already freezing the osmosis. It's just a pity that when buying, not for a pittance, they say it's one thing, you read, study the specifications, and it turns out to be completely different from what you wanted. I marked down the seller for myself... P.S. I didn't buy it second-hand.

Gabriel

Unfortunately, no! It smelled very bad, and since the aquarium is small, I had to dispose of it, although I feel very sorry. I was worried about the other inhabitants.

You did everything right... It's just a pity.
