When something like this happened to me, I would do small water changes. And the red shrimp regularly cleaned the Helmon.

There is a Lissematia amboinensis in this aquarium.

Aleksey, how are your helmon grains doing? Have they dissolved or not? Mine seem to have all dissolved, but new ones appeared again yesterday. I really don't know what to do. The other fish seem to be fine, but about five days ago, one of my nemo fish had a brown spot on its dorsal fin. Thanks to Yanovsky for the advice; I caught it, scraped it off, and cauterized it with a potassium permanganate solution, and everything healed.

The tail has become smaller, and the nose has darkened, it might fall off. I spoke with him, and he said that this often happens with the Helmans after delivery, and the spots will fall off within a month.

Odessa, did you actually purchase from this same shipment?

Yes, by the symptoms, this is lymphocystis (LYMPHOCYCTIS). Let experienced aquarists correct me if I'm wrong.
Linda
Without a few photographs, it is very difficult to define the disease. As far as I know, lymphocystis does not need to be treated separately. It usually occurs due to stress and a weakened immune system (after transportation). Good water quality, plus UV, minimal stress, plenty of hiding places, diverse nutrition, and everything will be fine with your fish. Here is a link about diseases.
