What volume of water did it come in? Once, I received a large anemone and a tridacna in one bag, and the water was murky too. I understand that the anemone might have expelled something or done something else, but the tridacna died immediately, while the anemone only recovered after two weeks, meaning it poisoned itself along with the tridacna. If the fungia arrived to you in a small volume, it could have poisoned itself as well. I remember your total volume is 70 liters, and considering the live rocks and sand, I think it's about 55 liters. There is a risk that if the fungia started to die, it could poison the entire aquarium... It’s better to isolate it in a separate container of at least 25 liters and observe it.
Wendy
Yes, the Sera package is small. I actually have a total of 48 liters, not 70. But where to separate them? The aquarium is small; I can only create a current there.

Take a close look at the fungus; if its tissue has started to die, white parts of its skeleton, like ribs, should appear along the very edge of the diameter. If not, everything might still be fine, or you could take the fungus to someone with a large setup and good lighting; it might recover.

The tissues are still alive; in a separate container, she definitely won't have a chance. We need to decide whether to risk an ammonia spike or discard them.

Did you bathe in Lugol's solution after transportation?
Tammy2040
I think we need to file a complaint with the sender regarding the fact that such a large coral was sent in a small package. If the seller is decent, he is obliged to reimburse the cost of the euphyllia. Recently, I received a two-headed euphyllia from Maxim, and the euphyllia died within three days, so Maxim immediately said he was ready to reimburse the cost of the euphyllia.
Katherine
Understood. No, I didn't buy it; I don't have it.

How long was the journey and what is the volume of water in the bag?
Tanya
Don't throw it away! There are plenty of signs of coral death. Observe it.
Jose
I was on the road from 9 PM to 11 AM. I don't remember how much was in the bag. Now I opened my mouth, and brown mucus is coming out in threads. As far as I remember, these are zonkicells or whatever they are called. At least there are signs of life already; I once had euphilia that also released something like this and then went away.

Observe. The flow is from above, but not on the coral, so it doesn't blow off the slime. Do not feed for 2-3 days. There won't be an immediate disaster from the fungus. Just observe.

Fungi have a good ability to regenerate. But I would soak it in Lugol's solution.
Rodney3101
I had something similar. I was in Lugol's solution, and you should do substitutions. I came to my senses.
Brian
I think he will come to his senses, judging by the photo.

mine too..)
Destiny
How is your phlegm doing? Has it cleared up?
Ryan2281
Yes, it's already inflating... It needs to be fed separately, as I understand?
Brandy
I don't feed mine.

In the evening, give her a dose of large artemia in her mouth. If she eats normally for a couple of days, switch to minced meat, shrimp, and mussels.
