One should spend more time by the sea. This is a cliché greenery that is called "rulenaya."

I caught such a little green fish with a net in Tarkhankut, measuring 4 cm. It was pecking at planarians in the reef, and I nicknamed it "gubanichik" (it behaves similarly to a mattress fish). It didn't show any aggression and lived in its own world, then later moved to another owner.

Greenling or wrasse. A fish from the genus Symphodus. I can't say for sure which species. I suspect it's Symphodus roissali.

To be honest, we caught other green fish in Yalta on a fishing rod. They were really about four times larger and looked different. Maybe the size changes with growth. But what was caught in Yalta, like the green fish, are different species. I don't claim authenticity. Just an opinion. No need to kick!

This is a male Crenilabrus tinca. The female has more brown tones.

Who can catch and send such people to Odessa? I guarantee a monetary reward.

Leslie

Yes, he is. More precisely, Symphodus tinca, not Crenilabrus. Crenilabrus is a synonym, an outdated name.

I think this is not C.tinca, but C.ocellatus (according to the old classification - I'm used to it). C.tinca has a slightly different coloration, and it's also a bit small for a colored male tinca.
