I cut the lower flask according to the design, a hole has been made in the upper cup!

It would be good if you could also attach a photo for clarity.

With the help of the resource, the following details of my pen were modeled! There were several options (during the modeling process, I redesigned the way certain parts were attached several times, resulting in these wonderful 3D models!

Photos, pictures, little photos, where are they?

I continue the topic of my homemade skimmer! Implementing 3D models into reality is not as simple a task as it might seem and has quite a few pitfalls! For the project implementation, the technology of 3D printing was chosen (accessible and inexpensive). I used ABS (white) plastic as the material! The main problem is the shrinkage of the plastic in large volumetric parts! In the end, I got these wonderful parts!

Subsequently, a sealing ring and a conical silicone seal for the bottom cover were purchased! Additionally, a T-piece R20 and two 90-degree elbows R20 were bought, along with a PVC pipe R20. Then, a plastic ring for the top cover was cut out!

How much time did the 3D printer take to produce such parts?

Andrea6761

about 10-12 hours!

The photos are already available!

The next step was to make a rotor for the Atman at-201 pump with a capacity of 650 l/h! Now, the next step will be to make a Venturi, so the question arises: what size should the hole be in the Venturi for my pump? If anyone knows, please let me know!

You may have seen... In any case, it's an interesting topic.
