Daniel
The board layout does not match -))
Marie5735
What made you think that?
Emily3144
You give a break + power indication -))))
Daniel
In the native controller, you can set the duration of operation for 3 different pump power levels. In your case:
- duration
- power (amplitude)
- ? (period between waves)
Am I understanding correctly?
Also, I am interested in whether the controller will go into production and the cost, at least an approximate one.
James
I join the question.
Leah
Tomorrow I will try to solder it. If it's as described above, then it's much better than the factory version, as they say - I bow my head.
P.S. Are the fuses of the Tinkers written from the firmware?
Daniel4967
Strangely, Proteus does not know such a stone...
Jessica5348
I will post the fuses and the new firmware later, the one in the topic did not meet expectations. I don't know. I wasn't planning to. Yes, for some reason it's not in Proteus. Two weeks of continuous operation - everything is normal.
Jonathon8514
well, at least you have 2 clients
Craig7302
Well, provided the price is reasonable.
Kathleen
The minimum order quantity for production is 50 boards. Additionally, components and enclosures need to be purchased immediately.
Kristen2246
I think there will be more people interested.
Tami
Ray decided to install all the electronics from the same "company"?
Amy1672
Well, devices are awesome! The quality is top-notch, many renowned brands would envy the functionality, plus the tech support is great, and I won't even mention the price. I'm planning to order everything for the second round with the second jar, now we are waiting for the assortment to be replenished with the WaveMaker, and an amplifier for the pH meter wouldn't hurt either.
Allison
Have you guided potential clients regarding the price?
An accuracy of 5 dollars, I think, will be more than sufficient.
Right now, everyone is interested, but once you calculate the cost, it could become a decisive factor.
Assuming we gather 50 "pieces," how much would it cost to order such a device from you?
Thank you.
And please create a questionnaire on the topic =)
John3165
It definitely won't be exactly the same, as it is designed for a specific chassis. If it is to be done, it should be done for the standard MasterKit chassis. And it may be necessary to change the control scheme.
Chad231
You know better! You offer the product, we choose =)
Mario
I haven't offered anything yet. This is not a classifieds section. I posted my development for those who want to assemble it themselves.
Robert800
Then start selling microcontrollers with embedded software ;-) I understand that it can be programmed via LPT, but still...
Heather6148
What's the point? The shipping will cost more than the controller itself.
Susan1358
The main value is the software that is embedded. Not everyone can flash it, and not everyone has an LPT port.
Emily3506
I was thinking about a ready-made device, but there are a number of problems, one of which is the power supply. I have used a ready-made one. The second is where a person can buy WaveMaker pumps separately?
Brooke3987
Aaaaa... yes! Make it for 220 V =) 5 volts for the controller = charging from a mobile phone.
Lori4746
Offtopic
I made it at 220.
You can only adjust the on time and pause time of the two pumps.
Gabrielle5053
If it's a Chinese charger, it won't last long in constant mode. However, there are no problems with 5-volt blocks. It won't work. Pumps are not designed for that.
Vanessa6144
Bring the scheme to the studio! Do you make it to order?
Cheryl9296
Off-topic Not appropriate in someone else's thread-))
But to avoid creating duplicates.
Atman pumps of any power. The box controls two.
The flow is not adjustable.
Start-pause from 5 to 250 seconds.
Opinions of familiar sailors are divided.
Heather
Off-topic. I apologize, but your device is simply not competitive with the "Starcomputer" in terms of functionality.
Tammy
not all, Voyager and Boyu work without problems, pumps that do not have axis fixation distally or rotor limitations also work, although there is a noticeable knock at startup, which theoretically minimizes their operational lifespan
Jeffrey
Regarding the market, there is still Russia, where many are eager to replace the native controller. So we can also consider the control board for the native power supply.
The analog controller from Boyu costs 10-15 USD.
I apologize for the off-topic in the startup thread. The controller from Boyu -
But stopping the pumps is not the solution (few will dive in while it is standing); it is necessary for the power to change smoothly.
