Hello. How is the sealing between the outer surface of the bowl and the inner part of the casing done?

Brian7092

The parts are made using selective technology, meaning each subsequent part is made based on the already completed one... hence we achieve fitting accuracy. No additional seals are needed - the foam won't go anywhere except into the cup.

After careful examination, I concluded that the goal set by the author has been achieved. The device that can regulate the "dryness" of the foam deserves attention. It would be great to have more of such "Kulikins" in our salted ranks.

How did you bend the acrylic and what did you use to glue it, what thickness was it?

Jennifer9100

What served as the "initial chamber"? Something seems very familiar... A water filter?

I wonder what they used to glue it. Would regular epoxy from the market not work?

Anne

I glued it with dichloroethane and tube acrylic glue (purchased from a company that sells this product). I do not recommend epoxy: it's inconvenient and I'm not sure about its reliability. P.S. Yesterday I rinsed the skimmer cup... I was once again amazed by the capabilities of the device... the skimmer - oil.

Cool. Get a patent for this device and put it into production.
