For pumps, it sometimes helps to turn it on/off, and also to flip the plug, pull it out and turn it 180 degrees.

In our reality, with regular power outages, unfortunately, this is not a panacea... :/ An unpleasant experience made me dig into finding a solution to the issue...

Overall, I cleaned and reassembled it over the weekend, and it seems to be working fine for now, although I didn't find any issues with it.
The problem is common and has been well discussed among our colleagues.
In short, the bushing might be misaligned, but everything was fine on my end.
