Zeolite is a good thing... what kind of aquarium do you want to use it in, freshwater or saltwater? If it's freshwater, I used it and it works fine, but I wouldn't recommend using it year-round; after the first 3-4 months of setup, when the system is stable and the bioload in the aquarium is low, zeolite is not needed! I can say one thing - it is much better than carbon, shungite, and other aquarium adsorbents. Also, keep in mind that if you add any chemicals to the water (for example, if a fish is sick and needs treatment), you need to remove the zeolite. I use it to age water - in my opinion, that's the best application for it.
