I've been using this thing for almost 2 years. One of the pumps has developed salt (no drops are visible), apparently there's a microcrack in the tube. Does anyone know where (besides eBay) I can find such a tube?

Here,

Melissa

There are no such problems here.

Why is the correct time needed there? I set it to 0 hours and 1 minute, and Enter! I have each solution pouring about 3 times a day. If, due to a time glitch, a solution misses its one time, nothing will happen. I found it already. If anyone needs it, just whistle, and I'll help.

and I don't need such accuracy... the response of the TS to the problem, that's all...

Adrienne

It looks like a tube and the diameters are the same, but it's "not the right fit"..... the device doesn't want to work with it. I'll have to go to eBay and buy it along with the pump for 10 dollars. Oh...

According to the clock: I have a cover at the bottom of the device where 4 AA batteries are placed. Is this an updated model or do you have the same?

Bridget

I don't have a cover on the bottom of my device.

This one also doesn't have batteries. And yes, why do we need a clock and non-volatile memory? Let me explain! The light blinked - the dispenser stopped! That means you need to restart it manually. It resets to default from "auto," you see. You have to press the buttons. Be around the aquarium regularly. And if such close involvement is needed, it's easier to manually pour a dose than to deal with such manual therapy.

Which one is suitable - 2 internal, 4 external? I called them, the minimum order is 30 meters... maybe someone needs 29 meters?
