1) Replace the stand
2) Upgrade the stand
3) A canister filter is not needed in a marine aquarium.

Thank you for the response. I definitely won't buy another one.
I can upgrade without any problems. I will sell the filter without any issues. I will change the lights to LED.
I am panically afraid of leaks... If I lived in my own house, I wouldn't want to flood the neighbors.
Is there a decent external marine filter that I could buy, fill, and clean once a week without any hassle?
The glass tank is just sitting in the middle of the room.

It's hard to give advice regarding the external filter; if the volume were smaller, I would recommend a hanging Aquael filled with chemical absorbents. A foam filter is needed in any case. If the aquarium is placed on a flat, sturdy stand, it won't break. There's no need to be afraid of a sump. LED lights or fluorescent lamps is a debatable issue. I've been reading the forum for a year, and I don't know all the nuances; I'm planning to start this month, and I recommend you read the forum as many questions will be resolved.

1. 18 kg
2. Layer 2-3 cm.
3. Mandatory. Any + TDS meter for quality control of purification.
4. If you plan to use the external unit at sea, then immediately plan for repairs for the neighbors.
5. None. It is not needed.

How complicated everything is! So why is that uncle pushing him into the sea? Are the manufacturers trying to expand their product sales? I have a sporting interest.
So, does it mean that if I buy a couple of such lamps, everyone will be happy?
Another question. Do live rocks need light at night? Or should marine aquariums always have dim light at night?
Added after 5 minutes. Regarding the first point, does this imply "from 18 kg"? I read that they need to be "blown by the current" so that some of their areas don't die...
So, do I need some additional equipment?

I brought my camera today to make it clear why I'm hesitant about the sample. You read minds... just yesterday I was watching aquarium drilling. It's a mess everywhere.

There's nothing scary there at all.

three times ha ha it's not worth it.
here we have to build from scratch.
I'll tear everything apart in the end, and then I won't give it to anyone. I'll survive the winter with discus fish, and from the new year, I'll start building a proper 400-liter tank.
I've come to the decision to leave everything as it is )))

This is correct. Everyone who started with small volumes transitioned to larger ones after a year, except for me, as I started with 600 liters right away.
