I would recommend you not to get a 40-liter tank. Get an aquarium about 50 cm long. Then you can install T5 lamps at 24 watts! It will be really better! Buy 2 San-San fixtures with 2 lamps in each, and you'll have great lighting! And 8-watt lamps are just okay... The seller's name is Igor. He has both Chinese T5 lamps and good Hagen ones...

I'm running! Good lamps! But I don't have a very good opinion about Jebo. Here's a photo of my lamps. Jebo, believe me. I can't exactly tell you what's wrong with Jebo's lamps, but in my opinion, they give off too much blue light.

Are Power Glows white? How do they differ from standard Silvanias? If the specifications are the same, maybe there's no point in switching?
