You can contact Shumov in Moscow or order in the USA. But there is an alternative: the Atman MP 8500 pump is perfect for the beckett, it is silent and inexpensive. In 1.5 years, there has been no erosion. The beckett company promised to deliver 100 units soon. I can modify your pen or assemble a new one with the required power from 100 liters to 50,000 liters of water. What is your volume? The last time I checked the price for the Iwaki MD55RLT, it was 450 euros.

I read and saw your photos, I'm amazed. I'm considering using either her or an Aquamedic under the Becket, and I wanted the Ivaki because of its reliability for flow; I've come up with some ideas. Yes, I guess I'll have to start with China and keep one as a backup in case of a breakdown. Thank you for the offer, but I really want to do everything myself. Today, somewhere near Donetsk, I started gluing 130*50*55, my first small sea. I plan to do the rest on my own. I even sent you an SMS on December 18, 2006, asking to sell one Becket. I'm now asking here if that's possible.

Aaron580

Hi, always glad to hear from you. I'll do everything myself, of course, if I have enough strength and patience. As soon as I get the buckets, I'll let you know. I've never heard of MP pumps breaking. If someone has a broken one, I'll buy it for parts (I broke the case of one).

and I would buy an injector...

Thomas

Thank you, I will be waiting. I'm also waiting for Atman388 in Arovana.

Brian

I’m not expecting anything anymore, I did everything myself except for the Iwaki MD55RLT, thank you all... May 4, 2007: I’m not expecting the Iwaki either, I asked a friend in Germany, he could bring it, but it’s too expensive for me! I will wait for a Chinese equivalent...

Diana8604

It would be interesting to see what you came up with! If it's not a secret, of course.

Karen1649

Of course, it's no secret. I'm currently waiting for the acrylic glass for the sump, where the tests should take place, and a rotameter to check the injector. A couple of photos and a link to the video were in the thread about gluing the sump.

Brent8919

You didn't have time to meet them. Their stator is burning out. I have everything except the stator.

Guy

What you want to do will be good for a volume of 800-1200 liters. For 325 liters, it's too much. These pumps heat the water significantly (170-180W). The AM OR 3500 will be enough for you, and it's easier to just make a regular Venturi.

Javier5186

Thank you! For the injector, I decided to stick with Atman MR5500, although I might follow your advice and try the Aquamedic; if it doesn't work, I'll return it. The Chinese MDs will be used to create flow; I came up with something special and will give it a try.

Debra

If your goal is to experiment, then it's possible; if you want to create a proper aquarium, it's not necessary. A 5500 injector will work poorly. MDs are noisy. For the current, use 2 Hidor Koralia 4 or 1 Risan.

Kayla7655

I will try to combine it, with a greater emphasis on "experimenting" within reasonable limits. Thank you for the advice!

Elizabeth

What limit is considered reasonable?

The main thing is not to spend more money and time on chemistry than it would take to simply find and buy everything ready-made. In any field, there are people who do this professionally. Utilizing their experience is cheaper and faster than acquiring your own.

Stacy6866

Something like what you need The injector works with AM 3500

Diana8604

I see, thank you. Is it a big secret where to get a plexiglass cone for the foam collector? That's what I've stumbled upon so far.

Erin2730

Everyone has their own approach; for example, I will make a magnetic valve for the gravity flow of osmosis water, even though automatic refilling has long been implemented in marine systems using floats and electromagnetic valves. I just want to make a simple magnetic one for myself. The main thing in marine work is to understand how it works and to try to make it not worse, but even better—better. And if it doesn't work out, then I'll go the conventional route.

Ricky9405

Like everything, it is made. For a single item, it doesn't make sense to produce it—it will cost more than the skimmer.

Joseph9203

Many Deltek models are still produced without any cones and nothing is complained about, as long as the pump produces bubbles, and the more the better. However, making a cone is not something overly complicated if you have the right tools and skills, although for a single item, you can try to simply find suitable parts from other sources.
