• I observed a method for fastening stones.

As far as I understand from the large photos, thick fishing line is used instead of plastic clamps. Not a bad idea. If grooves are made, it won't be visible over time. You could also plant Zoanthids or Briarium with Clavularia on top.

I'm not a marine enthusiast, sorry, but this is quite an old idea in terms of securing decorations, and it seems to me that it's just great for smaller aquariums, but for larger ones, where the stones weigh 30-40 or 50 kg, it is no longer applicable.

Jeanne

Why? It's a cool idea - if only I had read this earlier, I wouldn't have used that expensive Titan.

Laura3673

By the way, is titanium harmless to the sea? I have some scraps; if it's harmless, I think I'll give it a try.

Anne4851

harmless, you can apply it

Nicholas

I got myself this glue. I also want to set up an aquarium on my computer desk, I have a 25-liter jar, but I haven't thought specifically about the Nemo system yet; it will probably be something similar to a mini setup from a foreign aquarist. I don't know how this glue will perform when gluing live rocks (LR) and dry reef rocks (DR) although you can also attach corals to the stones.

What confused me was the bucket of water under the table!

Andrew9581

So give it a try. Titan is titan. In nano format, it can be done with fishing line, a clamp, or a plastic dowel. But in heavy constructions, it won't be much help.

Kenneth7210

I have already tied everything with a titan.

Instead of a bucket, there will be a sump, which is schematically similar. There may be a compartment for a skimmer, live rocks, and a return compartment in the sump, but I don't really know how everything will be yet. The idea of a bucket also made me smile.

Off-topic Sorry, but I don't understand why they need an aquarium on the table in Australia. I would rather live by the sea than sit at a table and look at a tiny grain of sand from the great...

Joseph2576

Off-topic. Well, even I had to travel 100 km on Sunday to see the hermit crabs of Diogenes and the little fish with jellyfish, and they have a big Australia... maybe you need to drive a thousand km to get to the sea.

Megan

Off-topic. I assume that if you compare your salary and travel expenses for 100 km, it might be equivalent to an Australian traveling 10 km. Or even less. Considering that the salary of a "fool" there is 3,000 Australian dollars and meat, for example, costs 3 dollars per kg (I don't know how much a bus ticket is, sorry). (Information is a month old.)
