Hello! I want to recommend this aquarium to you. I had it for six months, and now I've switched to a larger one. I suggest saving up a bit more money and buying this aquarium along with the branded stand. I bought it a long time ago, and out of all the prices offered, it turned out to be the cheapest. It also comes with spare bulbs and everything else in case something breaks. So you'll have 150 liters of water, which is a bit small, but it's better than nothing.

Cheryl

Unfortunately, I am very limited in size; perhaps when I move from my one-room apartment, I can think about increasing the aquarium, but for now, it's not possible, unfortunately.

Susan1358

Off-topic. It's better to temporarily give the washing machine and TV to my mother-in-law, but a place for the aquarium MUST be found!!!

Brandi

As the owner of a 400 NON-T5, I recommend sticking with it. There will be an opportunity to hang a skimmer like the Red Sea Prism. You can also choose compact lamps for 24 fixtures or hang LED Aquamedics. The same coolers. Copy the Yasha from Aquamedics, for example.

Sure, I forgot about the thermometer, heater, pump, timers, I'll add them now, thanks for the suggestion. There is an air conditioner, which brand of tests is better to buy and from whom? Regarding the livestock, I'm having a hard time with all these names, what are SPS and LPS? I would like 2 ocellaris, 1 or 2 shrimp, and some soft coral..., an anemone or something similar... As for the filter media, what do I need to estimate the costs?

Amber9312

I find JBL tests convenient. I don't use fillers.

Whitney

I also forgot about the salt, I read that many praise TETRA MARINE SEA SALT 8 KG, so I decided to get it, or maybe INSTANT OCEAN 8 KG would be better.

Jeremy

I will probably get myself a refractometer like this one, I hope it's not worse than the branded ones... PRHS-10ATC. I also wanted to know if anyone has used or heard reviews about the Aquatic Nature EVOLUTION aquarium. I can't decide whether to glue the aquarium myself or buy a complete set.

Larry

Could you please tell me if this sand can be used if I take the fraction 0.6 – 1.7 mm Deep Coral sand?

Heather

refractors at the flea market for 48 euros, why do you need one for 62? are you choosing a freshwater aquarium? then you can take the one from the link. either resin or glue yourself, or "boyu", but they seem to be more expensive than resin. by the way, although it looks like there is a sump, according to the description it seems to be freshwater.

Joseph1346

No, I choose the marine one))) I just sent the link for you to see which one it is; I won't be buying it there. Resun is a bit too big for me, as I plan to place the aquarium on a stand, and it's a bit scary to have a large volume.

Julie4738

It's not just scary to put a big aquarium, but to place any aquarium on the balcony at all - in summer it will get too hot, and in winter it will freeze, it's not the best place to set up an aquarium.

Ross

I'm sorry, but that really got to me. Maybe it's better not to have a sea after all? The chances of success are slim, and you'll just give yourself a headache. The sand should only be live and only J.K. (live rocks). Forget about S.R.K. (dry reef rocks) and dead sand, otherwise you'll forget about peace for a long time and wait a long time for it to mature. Postponed the settlement of Actinia until later, when the aquarium is 8-10 months old, and only the quadricolor.

Michelle1662

I can't agree with that; Lev Mironov launched his mini, which many later used to pave their own paths to the sea, almost on the first day, but I don't remember the name. By the way, I think it will be quite normal a month or two after the launch.

James4757

The thing is that there is no more space to put it, and I have completely fallen ill with the sea; I even dream about it at night. As for frying, I currently have a freshwater cube there, and in the summer, the temperature didn't rise above 28 degrees. Back then, there was no air conditioning, but now there is an air conditioner. Secondly, in front of the window where I plan to place the aquarium, there is also a balcony with plastic windows. In the summer, I close the blinds, and I even stuck a mirror on the back wall over the blue fabric... maybe everything will be fine?

Robin

No, I'm roughly aware of whose aquariums and what kind of fish are there, some have already been. I meant a bit broader, not just in nano, I'm talking about the ratio - actinia and 8-10 months, which shouldn't be so categorical. No, I have very little experience, but I've seen actinia not only in Nemo's tank but also in others where the aquarium was less than six months old. And now there are many topics where the aquarium has matured - but they stocked it to the brim. Yes, not everything survives, but not everything dies either. I was only referring to the timing of stocking.

Vanessa6144

I'm not planning to plant an anemone right away... at least not for another six months. I'm ready for the slow maturation of the aquarium, and maybe later I'll plant one or something similar to an anemone so that the clownfish can sleep there... So do you think it's worth starting only with NATURES OCEAN white aragonite sand, and that Deep Coral sand is not suitable at all? Could you recommend another option...? And how many kilograms would I need for a cube measuring 39x39x39 cm?

Tara2761

Regarding actinies, I mentioned earlier that I do not plan to plant them in the next six months, and I may not plant them in the nano tank at all. What types of creatures would you recommend?

Rachel9060

Protopalythoa, zoanthids, briarium, clovularia, parazoanthids, fungi, small sinularia, as well as red macroalgae. From fish: 1 female, a pair of clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris), 1 pseudochromis (Pseudochromis fridmani), wrasse (Halichoeres hexateneia).

Sarah7284

I ultimately settled on the size of the aquarium 35x35x35 cm; unfortunately, it won't be any bigger.

Travis572

Out of two evils, the lesser is chosen...

Ryan7682

I really wanted to set up a 60x35x35 aquarium... there are no problems with the lights, but I'm afraid my stand won't be able to handle it... and there's nowhere to put the sump...

Joe

There is a question about night lighting; please advise which diodes are best to use, what wavelength, and what power?

Kevin

So just drive the supports into the wall for it, what's the problem? And you'll make the side sample.

Robert

Regarding the nightlight, there are currently modules with 3-5 blue diodes at 12 volts. The main advantage is that it is waterproof. The price is about 25. It is easiest to power it from a mobile phone charger.

Tracey

My wife will drive a nail into my head then.

Patricia1746

So it's not meant to be...

Mariah

I support it 100%.

Matthew1280

The matter speaks for itself. You can always come to an agreement with your spouse. A good gift is enough.

Jason

I'll start by practicing on a small one; if I get really into the sea... and I feel that I will, then I'll have to sacrifice the 220-liter herb tank.)))

Wesley

Donate the herbalist right away. It will cost less))), and you can make the herbalist in a small one))).

Heather

I can't decide on the LEDs for night lighting. So far, I've looked at these FYLP-1W-UBB LEDs, but I'm wondering if 120 degrees is too wide of a beam angle. Maybe it would be better to get these 5056 1WATT+Lens/LMPTBL556TL ones, which have a lens and a 30-degree beam angle? I'm thinking of getting 5-6 pieces for observing nighttime activities. What do you think?

Anthony7814

Maybe you'll find the answer for yourself, and help me with the topic of DIY LED backlighting.
