The question is actually this: has anyone used the JBL Traces? Three bottles 1, 2, 3. Dark blue, rectangular shape. What are the reviews and opinions? I received them as bonuses from suppliers. It seems that people on the Logov forum praise them. I would like to hear opinions at home.

Volodya, I am well acquainted with these traces under the common name - JBL triple. I have been using them for a long time. They seem to be decent - usually 500ml for 7000l, 5l for 70000l. Iodine, strontium, trace elements. There is also magnesium in exactly the same packaging, but it is separate and not included in the triple. In our city, one unit of this stuff costs 173. In principle, when nothing better can be found, this can be used as well.

I used JBL 1.2.3 for about 5 years. I didn't notice any significant changes after the infusion (with soft and hard water), but I didn't see anything bad either. So it's hard to say definitively.

+100. There is no harm from them, and there is no obvious benefit either.

For softness, I used it when the aquarium was 250 liters. It lasted for 8-9 months, with 10 cubic meters added weekly. The softness increased visibly, as did the algae, growing 1-2 cm per week. For example, during this time, the sarc grew from 5 cm in diameter to 28 cm. One thing, the concentration was weak, and I poured a little more.

Thank you to everyone who responded. 173 for a bottle is probably a bit much. But I’ll repeat – these are bonuses and they were given as a gift. So now I'm thinking whether to keep them or sell them... What are some traces that clearly show they help (improve growth and the condition of the aquarium)?

In Arovana, they are 122 rubles each, and there are many other options. At this stage, I am using salt without salt from Faun Marin, and the Aqua Medic Reef Life supplement at 1500 ml, which I bought not in Arovana for 280 rubles. I am satisfied (maybe because I haven't seen anything better).

I have been using Aquarium Systems for 8 years. I am impressed with CombiSan and CoralSan from Peter Wilkens for soft corals, especially noticeable in the well-being of disco corals; apparently, the formula of the products is the most optimal for them. Best regards, .

First, decide if you really need them. If you make substitutions of more than 10% a week, then you don't need them at all.

Water changes of 7% per week. But depending on the occupancy of the aquarium, you won't get far (to be precise, quickly and far) on just water changes. Thanks to everyone who responded!

Volodya, no matter what, you definitely won't need them in the next year. The system is still young, and there should be a lot of consumers... By the way, a decent SPS can live without any trace elements and additives (except for calcium, of course) at 7% per week. For now, you can take my word for it...
