Corals don't need it at all. Fish benefit more from it for maintaining the natural habitat, although they can live without the moon.

Stefanie9771

To me, it's all nonsense, just for show. What do corals have to do with it???

Earl

This is night lighting and nothing more.

Every night creature will be delighted by the moon!

It's a very useful thing! For example, I observe at night, corals open up at night, and various animals come out that are not visible during the day. And this is, of course, how it is in nature. The moon shines at night! So set it up and you'll see all the beauty of the aquarium at night.

Rick

+1! Good thing.

For him to see something other than the outlines of stones and the silhouettes of fish, there needs to be at least 3W LEDs in the device. And as far as I remember, this device is underwater and will be overgrown in a month. It's better to keep the moon in the lamp.

the one that I can stick anywhere with a suction cup, under the lid or underwater... yesterday it even served as a spotlight for catching a... shone like a tower into the burrow... but the damn beast is cunning... even meat didn't help...

The moon is valuable not for its light, but for the observance of its astronomical phases.

Rodney7316

from this point on, let's go into more detail about why these phases exist and for whom. Many consider this to be marketing... alongside the starry sky and flashes of lightning...

Ronald5720

I haven't read it. They make controllers like that specifically. It seems that corals need it for reproduction.

Danielle

Do you like to look at the moonlit sky? It definitely won't do you any harm!

Joshua9340

the question was not about beauty, but about necessity... so I started turning it off at night... and I ask, who can it harm... so far I realized that it harms no one...

Troy8808

Corals are practically all aquaculture - they don't care about the phase. They live in their own phase) As for fish - maybe, although to me that's nonsense.
