• Sand for the sea

Dear forum members! Has anyone used this type of sand?

Chelsea

The sand is normal, a bit dusty; it needs time to settle, or it can be mixed at the surface with a coarse fraction, which is well colonized by benthic organisms.

Crystal

Who would write it if not the one who brought it? To be honest, the one I bought from you is just sitting in bags. It would be good if someone who has no commercial interest in this wrote it.

Anthony4281

I bought it - I set up three aquariums with it - the sand is just sand. Everything is fine. The white color is pleasing to the eye. What else can I say?

Jennifer9100

I only have aquariums set up on such sand, I am very satisfied, no complaints.

The speech is initially about a different sand.

Tammy

Damn, I didn't notice. I was writing about it. As for that one, I haven't tried the small one, sorry.

Kendra2262

Good afternoon, can you tell me what is so bad about this sand?

Katie4842

Vitaly, if this sand were sold by Ray Tkach, meaning it would be his, then this sand would be worth its weight in gold 100% and the advertising would be incredible. But here you are among the "luminaries" with your sand. You are interfering, which is why it is considered bad, and that's how Ray responded. Personally, I have seen your sand with many people and they are satisfied with the price and quality.

Ricardo7341

You have it in bags not because it's bad and no one buys it due to quality, but because you inflated the price three times or more. Our businessman.

Melinda

Are you discussing sand or me? I took this sand to try it out, not for sale, but I never got around to it. From your posts, it seems like I am ripping everyone off, which is absolute nonsense. I buy some products at a high price, so I sell them at a high price. The most important thing about products is quality; unlike many, I try to sell only quality, tested goods.

Matthew

You yourself touched the guy with a jab, and in response to his boldness, NOX sells or used to sell sand at low prices, unlike yours, and you didn't bother him, but you yourself didn't try it in action and jumped into the conversation, making snide remarks. So where is the truth? Isn't it enough for you that so many people have spoken well of his sand?

I took this sand, poured about 2-3 cm, placed a few stones, filled 2/3 of the volume with water, and started the pump. I've been observing a milky mixture in the aquarium for the second day now. Am I doing something wrong? Or should it settle down?

Debbie3587

It will settle down ) patience

Jeffrey2277

Professionals, can you tell me what the advantages of aragonite sand for marine tanks are? I have three options for which sand to choose: or this one: or should I just get it from Arovana and not worry? Which is better? All options are fine in terms of price.

Andrew419

better buy this one - it's alive!

Loretta5483

I ordered this kind of sand. I wanted to ask for advice. I have 5 kg of fine coral gravel that has been in the aquarium for about 4 months. Would it make sense to put the gravel on the bottom and the ordered sand on top, or is it better not to add the gravel? Thank you!

Joseph9203

Sooner or later, the little one will "break through" the layer of fine sand and it won't be the same... Strombus, hermit crabs, stars, worms, and maybe some fish... The burrowing activity will eventually mix everything up...
