To be honest, everyone just promises; in every store, they say no problem, we will deliver, but they don't. Three stores have promised to deliver them to me. It's possible to order from the States without any issues by placing an order for three people. I even contacted the Germans, but they refused to deliver to Odessa for some reason. So for now, Arkada is a myth. At least find some alternative, but there are very few lamps of that size...

Today I became the happy owner of one of the Arkadias. The one that is white at 14000K. Unfortunately, the blue one didn't work out yet. Visually, the difference is quite noticeable compared to the Chinese one at 10000K.

Well, I don't know about the arguments, but it turns out that a PL lamp on Resan costs about 400 (I was offered Arcadia). For the basics, you need to buy one PL plus an EPR, which is 500. After a year, replacing three lamps costs 1200, and it goes on like this every year and a half. LEDs with the computer and everything cost 2000, which will last for about 5-10 years. I chose LEDs and also bought a dawn/dusk feature.
