I heard about the Ocean Direct product. I've been thinking about it for a month now. I figured out that the whole secret lies in the packaging. Today, I looked closely at the picture on the manufacturer's website, and indeed, it says "briefable." There's no smoke without fire - I was told that they really managed to launch an aquarium in record-breaking short time, which I won't mention directly, as I might get laughed at. Has anyone used it? And how close is the advertising to the truth in this case? Is it worth buying or not?

Regular live sand cannot be launched in particularly short timeframes anyway, and what's the point, unless it's a commercial project and the client needs everything done quickly and beautifully.

I completely agree with Dima; regular commercial product live sand has almost the same information on all its packaging. Of course, it is somewhat better than dry sand, but not fundamentally better, and the startup process will still occur. It may go quickly, or it may not go quickly; the startup process is not always predictable and depends on many side factors. So if you choose such sand, it definitely won't be worse, but don't expect miracles.

This product is good or bad, depending on what you compare it to. It's a new product, no one has played with it yet, but all previous products have proven to be excellent; the only downside is that it's expensive. I should receive a batch of this sand in a week, and I'll play with it. If anyone needs sand, feel free to reach out.

YES, that's the point, people launched it in almost a week...

I had a launch a week ago and not just once.
