Yes, disk anemones. I followed the link, but it wasn't very convincing. My anemones don't want to move on their own; they are basically sitting on top of each other. And if I cut them, will the foot regenerate? Although, if we go by the Russians, then probably yes?

better not to touch anything at all. Let it live and reproduce.

Disco anemones, unlike other species, hardly crawl. It's really better not to touch them, as the outcome will be 50/50. I tried to transplant one carefully by cutting it with a piece of rock, and in the end, the anemone died.
