The caviar won't be blown away, but the larvae will drift to the nearest sponges and become food for corals and fish. First, you need to decide what you will feed the shrimp fry - if you don't have an answer to this question, don't stress yourself out and don't put the shrimp under stress by transferring them from one container to another. If you had a proper refugium, you could try something.
