Better to buy a book. A good one. Not an abstract one. Don't be upset by the sarcasm. Moreover, it's your money. Energy-saving, 1*30W. Or 2*12W (blue and white). You can find it in the supermarket or at the market. One shrimp (like a boxer, for example). From corals - zoanthids, discosomas. Caulerpa algae. It will be very useful.

There is a lot of light there, and it's not needed. In this aquarium, light doesn't play a significant role; you can use one energy-saving bulb of 12 watts or a fluorescent lamp with a bluish tint, like the Hagen Power Glow, which will give the aquarium a "marine tint."

I had a 25W incandescent bulb, but it blew a couple of times from splashes.......... But the plant was thrilled! ......oops, sorry, I meant freshwater.

I only came across abstract books for sale.

15 watts in Glo + 15 watts Power Glo (that's what I have). You can also add Aqua Glo. Among corals, I would recommend finger leather - it's a very marine species and is not afraid of hair algae unlike zoanthids. You could also go for an anemone - a carpet and a couple of clownfish would be nice too.
