I bought a stone with palythoas today, put it in the aquarium, and after a couple of hours, two brittle stars started crawling around the aquarium and shedding their arms. The sea urchin came out from the rocks and was quickly moving back and forth (it had never done that before). The crayfish became somewhat lethargic, and Ksenia has shrunk and thinned out. Please advise on how to resolve the situation.

To start, tell us a little about your aquarium. What is the volume, lighting, what salt do you use, and what additives do you add to your reef? What type of water do you use (RO or...)? Also, please test the water in the aquarium. What is the temperature, pH, KH, Ca, nitrates, and phosphates? What have you done in the reef in the last day or two before planting? P.S. I added this. We are waiting for more detailed information.

Tetra salt, osmosis water, I can't measure the parameters right now, I haven't done anything, just added a stone with palettes.

Palitoya and sinularia, along with many other corals, can release into the water something that I don't know how to properly describe, neither poison nor toxins, when damaged. I once suffered from this myself.
