I will soon launch my system, and the issue is the TDS level, which I cannot bring down to 0. The input is 469, and the output is 008-007 ppm. For your information: (a 3-stage reverse osmosis system with a membrane, without any additional post-filters or resins). Is water with such a TDS level suitable for salting seawater? Thank you!

Most likely, the water is acceptable, but it is highly undesirable to use it, as you, like anyone else, may encounter unpleasant issues, and then you will be eliminating all unknown factors, ultimately arriving at 0.00 but through your own mistakes.

If the system is well populated and the biology is more or less established, then there is practically no difference between osmosis in ephemeral "TDS" 0 and 20.
