Hmm, these are secondary and tertiary questions. The primary one is what do you think about cooling and have you calculated the costs for this diamond procedure?
As for the double-glazing, a normal aquarium is made from glass of standard thickness for such an aquarium, and then if desired, it is "clad" with thin material (because why pay more)? Look at how this is organized in proper stores. Ordering in Germany is a perversion.
Although, if you are asking for advice on corals for +10... The project's prospects are clear. A two in the biology quarter.

Why use a double-glazed unit? What are you going to pump into it? There are triplexes that can handle the same task just as well (maybe even better). You can find them or, as a last resort, order them from Poland (it will be much cheaper). Maintaining 10°C - only a refrigerator can do that.

I think about double-glazed windows to reduce heat loss and eliminate fogging. I will fill them with argon. Will triplex solve these two problems?
I am thinking of cooling with something like this.
It cools down to +4. I plan to buy everything in Germany because I live here.
If corals don't thrive in a cold aquarium, what should I stock it with?

As far as I know, all cold-water corals are deep-water. I can't say for sure about the triplex, but a friend of mine has a veranda that is glazed from floor to ceiling, and even in winter, there is no fogging. I can't say exactly what kind of triplex it is; he worked at a glass factory and got it from there.

Well, okay, not corals. What are the options? By the way, can the aquarium be covered? To prevent the humidity in the room from rising critically.
Guy
Can

But if you don't know what to keep in a coldwater aquarium, why do you need a coldwater aquarium? Oysters won't survive anyway. There are tropical crabs. Why bother?
Angela6489
The nature of fogging lies in excessive moisture in the room; the glass of the aquarium is the dew point.
Melinda2740
The cold glass at 10 degrees Celsius water will reach the dew point at almost any reasonable humidity in the room.
Courtney4094
Please decipher what is considered reasonable humidity in a room. There are accepted humidity standards according to GOST 30494-96.

Good afternoon. Isn't it easier and cheaper to use a hydrophobic coating and treat the outside of the aquarium? There are even aquarium-specific ones for internal use. As far as I know, condensation does not accumulate on hydrophobic surfaces.
Rachael
A couple of downsides:
-1 - this coating needs to be applied regularly.
-2 - it visually distorts the image. Have you tried applying an anti-fog treatment to the car's windshield?
-3 - it does not solve the problem of thermal insulation.
