Good afternoon, Could you please let me know if the presence of such algae is normal and how to reduce their growth? They look nice, but I would like to see the stones with Carolina, which is also growing well.

It is normal to reduce them only mechanically (by pulling them out by hand), as they are not consumed by surgeons and other seaweed enthusiasts due to their natural toughness. Over time, as the reef ages, they will almost disappear on their own. I have some in one aquarium, but since the reef is old, there are few of them. This is defined as Phyllophora nervosa or Dictyota hamia. Here is a photo of similar ones.
