I periodically place orders at this store - most of the time they have what I need at reasonable prices. I have also heard about the rudeness of the staff and the inability to make returns, so I look for what I need on their website, call to confirm the price and availability, and only then go to pick it up. The prices on the website and in the store differ, and if I haven't ordered by phone, they won't sell it at the price listed on the website. They are located at the Kurenevsky market (commonly known as Pichka), so it's quite convenient to pick up orders. If I were in another city, I wouldn't risk ordering from them - there are too many complaints.

It all happened as described, first a phone confirmation, then payment, but two days later I had to ask where my shipment number was, as no one sent anything. Continuing the story... by the evening, the store called back and said to send the primer back (at my expense), but considering what’s happening, I’m afraid I’ll be left without the primer and without a refund.
