What do people use to treat corals before placing them in the aquarium? I would like to know of a solution that wouldn't kill the small creatures that sometimes come with the corals. Recently, I bought a large bush of zoanthids and found several black brittle stars, 2 tridacnas, and many large and small mussels in it.
I know that umbrellas can be treated with furacilin. What about other corals?
I have no idea how to treat fish... Should I place them in a quarantine tank and observe for 2 weeks? There isn't much space in the room, and I wouldn't want to clutter it with another quarantine tank...
