It's not a correct question. There are different types of LEDs. Ultimately, what difference does it make what the light source is; the spectrum and power are what matter.

I wanted to hear about a lamp with such and such diodes, in such and such a proportion, I have such and such corals in my aquarium, they feel this way or that way.

I created this topic because I am currently faced with the choice of a lamp. Ideally, I wanted LED lighting, but I've come across messages that hard corals behave unpredictably, so I'm wondering.

It's better not to skimp on ice... There is negative experience with both T5 and MG, as well as with ice... The richer the spectrum of the ice and the more types there are, the better... The Pacific SANA has 10 of them with new lamps.

I came across messages that corals were struggling under T5 and LED lights, and that fish were having issues under similar lighting. There's no point in discussing proportions in ready-made fixtures; in aquariums, it's like with lamps—everyone has their own preferences (some want a bluer light, some prefer a whiter one, and some feel there's not enough red). Well, as a last resort, there's Pandora "T5 + LED." So it all depends on finances and personal preferences.

If there is a choice of new lighting, then it is definitely worth looking towards LED. But if such questions arise, it is better to get to know this type of lighting more deeply. As for what you may have seen somewhere about how rigid lights behave ambiguously (by the way, how is it ambiguous??) under LEDs, if you place a T5 fixture with China lighting tubes over an SPS aquarium, it won't be good either. We can't blame T5 as a class for that. I hope you understand where I'm going with this.

I can't say much yet, everything is in the experimental stage. It has 6 diodes of 3W each: one red, two blue, one royal blue, and two cool white. I have already bought a UV diode, which I will install later. My observations over the past 3 days: soft corals (sarcophyton, discs, protopalythoa, zoanthus) are doing well, and so are the clavularia, which is located at the very top and in the middle. At the end of the week, I will introduce clownfish and caulastrea to see how they react. The Black Sea shrimp are sitting in the shade. The LEDs are on from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. After that, only PL.
