First, you need to set up the aquarium itself, fill it with water, wait for at least a minimal balance, and only then think about animals and plants. I would still recommend a regular reef aquarium rather than a Black Sea one. The water in the Black Sea is colder, and it's difficult to maintain that temperature.

You might buy a refrigerator for the aquarium. Place the aquarium under the air conditioner, but that's only for the summer.
