• Wire for connection T5/PL (?)

  • Loretta5483

It is necessary to connect PL lamps. The electronic ballast will be outside the fixture. The thinnest wire available is SHVVP 2x0.75. Considering its diameter, it will require making many unsightly holes in the fixture. There is also a rigid copper wire, but without markings. Its thickness is comparable to that of a pin. The size is excellent, and it will be easy to fit into heat shrink tubing. Please take a look and advise if this would be suitable for connecting the lamps. (Electronic ballast - VS) Thank you!

It will do.

That's enough. I used 2 * 0.5 multi-stranded wire in the fixtures for lamps up to 54W. Everything works without problems, and the cable in the photo can clearly handle a larger load.
