Offer live corals (small frags) with permits for resale.

Angel628

Do you need an invoice issued?

Breanna9982

Is CITES and Health Certificate weak? Why complicate everything so much? Start trading, and then you'll figure out what you need and what you don't.

Sherri1320

Without permits - like walking through a minefield. I want to buy corals with permits. One person tried to sell a monkey at our bird market - he was taken away along with the monkey by the police (probably bought it).

Amanda5586

So please specify which tools you need. The invoice, as Max said, is also a tool.

Jennifer

The specific ones are not known yet - I hope for the help of people who are already trading corals.

Caitlin3279

I think the invoice is for imported corals, plus hygiene (quarantine) and a license for selling animals... but actually, it might not be necessary at all.

Karen1649

Since I have a lot of work at the store, we simply asked for invoices when buying live animals from some sellers (who have company status) to cover at least some of the inhabitants and confirm their legal origin. Accordingly, we can also provide an invoice when making a purchase. Usually, nothing else is required, as you are not importing them from abroad, although inspectors may try to make trouble over anything. I would also inquire with the people selling fish at the same market.

Diana7891

I think that tools for corals are only needed at the border.

Bethany

only at the border, and if you want to trade in a pet store, you need a certificate from veterinarians for live goods) but no one will give you that for corals here, in general, if you have money to waste, make such a paper, it's not needed at all. and if you have extra money to spend, you can bring it to me. it's unnecessary paperwork for corals)) it's equivalent to getting paperwork for water in an aquarium or for the bacteria in the water, don't be ridiculous in general.

Rachael

As I understand it, no documents are needed for trading corals (except for a veterinary certificate - by the way, how much does it cost? just in case) A regular purchase receipt (from the company) will be sufficient?

Alan273

1) A veterinary certificate won't help )) here at least a CITES is needed ))) that is, the Ministry of Ecology, etc. ))) it's better not to bother at all )))) 2) If they "come" - they won't care at all how and where you got them ))) 3) It's easier to say that it grew by itself - that's why I'm selling it ))) 4) And I would really like to see a tax inspector or a law enforcement officer who would assess the depth and value of the corals )))) You can tell them that these are silicone Chinese fakes and I think they would buy it )))

Joyce

the main thing is that they don't get poisoned

Jenny

I am confused. The delivery is legal, so everything imported is also legal - right? If the product is legal, then it must be sold somehow - right?

Anthony

In our country, everything is "correct." It all depends on the purpose of the inspection. If it's scheduled, prepare the paperwork (preferably "green" ones) because even Lenin bequeathed to share, but if they come to shut you down, no paperwork will help.

Vincent

What tools are we talking about? Who will be selling? Legal entity/individual entrepreneur? What tax system will the seller/producer use? There are a lot of questions here, and the question itself is not simple, as you won't find exact recommendations in accounting standards, unlike the content of horses/pigs, but a certain analogy can be drawn, taking into account the specifics of the sea. The simplest way you mentioned is the tools, according to which you are a reseller; it is more complicated through production acts. It will be interesting to read here.

Ryan

Call the same person. Tell him that you want to buy goods from him for resale. Ask what kind of documentation he can provide. Maybe you can establish a partnership with him. His company has always claimed to operate legally.

Caleb6320

Why are you overthinking it? Are you opening a pet store in a busy area with a lot of foot traffic and planning to stock a huge amount of products? I have plenty of fish in my pet store, and everything is fine. Don't worry, I'm asking you.

Matthew1280

I could be mistaken, but it seems completely "by the book" - you can't import corals and rare fish )))) In any case, there is some kind of clever scheme - and no one will tell you about it ))))

Joe

Documents for the emergency with which I can openly display the corals in the showcase.

Tina

What does a private enterprise mean to you? A private enterprise (ЧП) and a private entrepreneur (ЧП) are two absolutely different subjects of entrepreneurial activity from the perspective of accounting organization. Regarding what is necessary from the standpoint of accounting and fiscal aspects, you will be advised at the tax office (the approach to the inspector is known), and from the veterinary perspective, you will be guided by the veterinary service, with the same approach as in the tax office.

Bethany

There is no scheme, just the presence of a complete set of documents from the sending and receiving parties.

Jeffrey

That's why I clarified that I might be mistaken. A few years ago, I had some experience with these issues, and it seems that live rock and corals belong to the first group of CITES. And with the first group, import operations are a very sad topic.

Emily

If it's not too much trouble, please clarify the situation with the permits for the emergency that will buy corals from you for sale in their store. Do you have the ability to issue the necessary permits? And what permits are actually needed?

Hunter1471

I don't think this conversation is suitable for the forum.

Nicole7268

I will ask in private messages.

Charles894

Individual entrepreneur

Spencer7805

You go to the veterinary service, pay 50 UAH, and say that you need a hygiene certificate for a batch of fish and corals. In the additional notes, you write that you are breeding corals. When they arrive, you submit the certificate stating that you are engaged in breeding, and for the breeding stock, your hygiene certificate works perfectly for 5 years. This is how we traded, and with just one hygiene certificate!

Veronica

Such a thing does not exist in the territory. A private enterprise is a private company. A private entrepreneur is a sole proprietorship.

Amy5468

Can you elaborate more on "adding"?

Maria

Your certificate states the type of activity; you need to add the breeding of invertebrates, and let them sort it out!

Brianna

What kind of activity is that? As far as I know, there isn't even "aquarium maintenance."

Frederick

There is "breeding aquarium fish," and it has a separate taxation! And if you add a note that it includes invertebrates, you're in luck. Believe me, nobody knows who invertebrates are!!!

Danielle9144

How can you make an annotation? Everything there is just like in the codifier - word for word.

Dana6523

show some ingenuity!!!

Johnny

Is there breeding of cockatoos? Have you been in contact with government agencies for a long time?

Kevin262

In the morning, I was dealing with the tax police! (on work-related issues) But in general, I get along with government structures - I service the aquariums that I mostly installed!

Brent5588

Sorry, are you confused about the country? (We're not in the United Kingdom) Remember, in this country, everything that is not prohibited is allowed!!!!!!!!!!

Adam

I apologize, I must have confused the country! What I choose to remember or not is up to me, okay? You can handle your work (aquarium maintenance) issues as you see fit, but when was the last time you were on the other side of the barricades? Your arguments of "50" and "you add" are just theories without any support.

Tara2761

AS FOR ME, no question has been resolved wisely on any barricades!!! People need to negotiate humanely!

Stephanie3084

I'm sorry for touching your deep feelings; let everyone do what they do best.

Destiny

It's a pity that the manure composting has gone wrong.
