Not a modest question, what is the volume of water and what means were used to achieve such a relationship?
Todd
The volume is small - 25 liters! Light - 2 PL 36 watt lamps from TUM!

What color temperature are the lamps? 50/50? Blue or purple? Or just 10,000K? For such volume and depth, one lamp will be enough. Is there a reflector? If not, it's better to buy a good reflector and keep one lamp. Well, it also depends on what corals are living there.
Jessica
One is blue/white, the other is purple/white! There is a reflector! In the aquarium, briarium, zoanthids, parazoanthids, discosomas (brown and blue). The hermit crab has completely hidden away!

In general, should one be removed?! How many watts per liter can be installed at most?
Joshua3019
Well, I bought some too, but they are 24 watts. Try turning on one for a week. Then both. See how the creatures behave. But I repeat, for such corals and the depth of the aquarium, one lamp is enough. Or you can turn on the second one for 3-4 hours during the day (the purple one).

Maybe we should wait a couple of days and observe?! Maybe they are acclimatizing to such light?!) Although it's a pity for the hermit, sitting under the stones and not moving!
The mushrooms have turned some reddish brown!
