Actually, it's not quite Phuket, but an island nearby... Racha Yai. Just six months after the abnormal temperature. The water was +32. Many corals simply died, and those that remained turned brown. But still, I have a couple of photos. Moderators, please correct the topic title. This is 2011.

I rested in this wonderful place... I actually didn't dive in Phuket and only used a mask, but it was unforgettable... but wow, it's so great there... after Thailand, I can't go into our Black Sea... coconut... rum... beach... sunsets... Bangkok... I definitely have to go there again)))) sorry for my memories...

I have also been there, but I haven't encountered such creatures as in the photo in post 4, it's very interesting. I remember it well in Phuket; I couldn't stand the heat in such salty water for long, and gradually my whole body started to itch.

Blue stars from post #4 can be found on almost any beach. However, for example, I didn't find any in the Caribbean Sea, only these.
