Take a stiff brush and go ahead, you don't have much of it. Before this operation, install a mechanical filter with foam rated for 800 liters. In time, it will go away on its own. Your aquarium is in good condition, not overrun.

There is no sign of any turmoil. The reason may be in the silicates in the osmosis (if there is no resin) or still in the maturation, or in the poor performance of the foam maker. It is possible to fight it: -wait -toothbrush -chemistry -eaters (my blenny also doesn't eat) -to feed the urchin.

I already scrubbed it once... I thought maybe I missed something with the replacement... But it started growing again. So I'm wondering if something is wrong with me or if everyone faces this? Silicates? Where would they come from? I get my water from reefclub, ireef. It doesn't seem to be maturing either; it's been six months since the setup.

A couple of months ago, I also started to have that issue. Here's what I did: 1. I added a second canister with ion exchange resin (after the first one, TDS-2). 2. I left one white ATI 12000K, and the rest were ATI and blue (previously, I had Chinese 10000K, which caused a lot of yellowing). 3. I set the foam a bit wetter (now it collects about 70-100 grams of skimmate per day). 4. I feed the fish less. I didn't use any chemicals. The growth has stopped. I'm waiting for the Hipatus to gradually eliminate it.

Why didn't you reach out to the guys at ireef? They could have helped resolve this issue, or if you did contact them, what did they say?

You still have six months after the launch. Therefore, it is possible that this is a maturation process. And it's not as critical as it seems.
